Terms and Conditions


Please read the terms and conditions for Bagnol Caravan Park.

We require a non-refundable deposit (£20) to secure the pitch.

You must report to reception upon arrival before pitching for the first time and seasonal fees must be paid on 1 March or when you arrive for the first time that month.

Pitches are available from 01 March 2020, weather permitting as this may be delayed slightly to allow the fields to dry out, so please check a few days before for confirmation. You should aim to arrive before 5pm.

You must not give the park address as your main residence.

No sub-letting of seasonal pitches is allowed.

Pitches must be kept neat, and free of litter/clutter at all times.

Caravan Insurance must be valid and produced.

No boats or jet skis are to be stored by the side of the caravans.

Fires, disposable BBQ’s, lanterns and fireworks are not permitted.

Dogs are only allowed on the dog touring pitches. You may be asked to leave the pitch if otherwise.

In the interest of safety, the flying of kites is NOT allowed on our holiday park, due to overhead electricity lines.

A speed limit of 10mph is enforced on site.

Please respect other guests. Noise, music or any other nuisance will not be tolerated after 2200hrs and you may be asked to leave. No refund will be given under these circumstances.

Please ensure that the toilet and shower facilities are left in the condition you wish to find them. The showers are NOT ‘wet rooms or places for children to congregate.

Bikes are allowed in the park if ridden with due care and attention and helmets are worn. Hover boards, Go Karts and skateboards are NOT permitted for safety reasons and the use of roller blades and scooters is accepted but only if used with due care and attention of other guests and young children must be supervised, at all times and be wearing helmets.

Bagnol shall incur no liability whatsoever in the event of any part of the site or any other facilities being unavailable because of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the Park’s control.

The Company holds no responsibility for the loss of fridge/frozen foods in the event of any emergency maintenance/power failures.

Bagnol and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft from any caravan, or other property, unless the same be caused or contributed to by negligence or default on the part of the Company, its servants or agents.

Any customer who uses threatening, abusive or insulting language or behaviour towards any member of staff, will be asked to leave the park.

Awnings should not be left up if the caravan is empty for any overnight duration as the park does not accept responsibility for any damage during routine gardening/maintenance. Seasonal Awnings must be permanently taken down by 3rd September.

Sale or transfer of pitch fee is NOT allowed. Payment in full is due on arrival at the start of the season.

Reception is open Monday-Saturday 0900-1700hrs and Sunday limited hours.

COVID19 - UPDATE TO TOURING RULES

Firstly, you should not travel to your Caravan if you or anyone in your family has any Covid 19 Symptoms.

Your Holiday Home should only be used by persons of the same household and no social gatherings to be allowed at your caravans and when outside the social distancing distance ruling is maintained.

All children must be supervised, any found in groups around the park will be asked to return to their caravans.

Barriers will be sanitized regularly and all other areas that may be of risk to customers however you should be aware of the risks, and take your own precautions.

The main entrance is the only entrance to be utilised for vehicles in Bagnol and not the rear entrance by the sheds.

Play parks will remain closed by law until further notice as will the Launderette, Shower Blocks and Toilets.

When disposing of rubbish in the bin areas, using water taps and chemical waste/elson points, you should wear your own disposable gloves and sanitize/wash hands as necessary before and after use.

The office will be open for customers Monday to Saturday by telephone and visits only when necessary if queries cannot be resolved by phone. The office will be following strict guidelines and therefore visits will be limited to the 2-metre ruling and a maximum of two persons only from the same family/group.

The site staff are working to strict social distancing guidelines and therefore must not be directly approached. They will not enter any properties to carry out any maintenance or emergency work, everything must be requested and authorised through the office. Social distancing should be maintained and respected at all times.

Viewing of any new caravans will be strictly by appointment and relevant rules of viewing will need to be followed.

Bank transfer or card payment over the phone will be the preferred method of payment going forward, we will not accept any cash payments.

You will not be able to bring any visitors on site and permission must be given first for any contractors who will need to sign in with the relevant PPE and PPI and we must be aware of the purpose and duration of the visit prior to arrival.

We will not be accepting any large deliveries on your behalf or food deliveries and they will not be allowed on site, but you can arrange to meet any couriers/deliveries outside of the office/barrier, following relevant social distancing rules.

We also ask that you respect the local community and area and show consideration to any rules that are in place as some are understandably apprehensive about the potential risks of returning visitors, they will need reassurance demonstrated by your thoughtfulness.
